Emotional Freedom by Garry A. Flint, Ph.D.   Emotional Freedom is a self-help book that teaches the reader a method to eliminate or reduce emotional or physical pains associated with psychological, emotional or physical distress.  (Self Help Book)

Smoking Barrel  by Nazarene Brown (Lucayan Publishing, Detroit, 165 pages, $15.00) is a book about: How to make it through the system successfully in spite of biases of the power structure. A very fascinating book about how a small business owner learns to survive in the business world. (Self Help Book)

Office Politics: Autobiography of a Hospital Manager dealing with the emotional stress of office politics in the book: Overcoming the Invisible Crime by 'Yinka Vidal (Self Help Book)

Survival in the New Millennium by Don R. Dooley, (416 pages, $9.95, Cosmopolitan Pub, Arizona) is a very optimistic book about the new millennium.

Although nobody knows what is really going to happen or when the world is going to end, many of us are scared to death about what we have heard from other sources.

Don Dooley offers hope about the future of mankind.

The Lost Faith of  the Apostles and Prophets - History and Prophecy by Yisrayl B. Hawkins, (198 pages, $19.00, Pub. by The House of Yahweh, TX.)  presents and interesting historical account of the origin of Christianity, power of the apostles, and how different religious factions developed.

It is a well researched book about the history of the Bible itself and how so many holidays came about to be celebrated on certain days.

A wonderful book for students of theology and history of religion.

Heart of a Killer by Mike Cervello (525 pages, $16.00, CVK Publishing, New York) is very entertaining master piece and horror thriller that continues to explode in different directions.

If you love modern day vampire thrillers, you will enjoy this book.   Even though it is a fictional thriller, the author makes the characters appear real.

Mike Cervello is also the author of the book Refuge of Night, another horror thriller. (Entertaining Fiction)

Soaring to New Heights by Carleen Franklin & Sarah LaPlant (103 pages, $9.00, published by The Excelerators, Florida) is a self empowering book helping people overcome obstacles and achieving to great heights.

Carleen and Sarah are the leading corporate motivational speakers both nationally and internationally as well.

MOLESTED -- Sins of Her Parents by 'Yinka Vidal (Published by Lara Pub - in print, MO.) is an investigative report about a prevalent crime of incest and the children who lived through the ordeal.

This is written as a self-help book to help the healing process and stop the cycle of violence and abuse even by the victims themselves.  "These chain reactions must end!" says the author. (Self Help Book)

Breakfast with Sammy by William Graham, Ph.D (47 pages, $12.95, Elert Publications, IL) is one of those children's books that will grab your attention.  It is the story of a little girl, a cat called Sammy and a family.

The book is lavishly illustrated with beautiful paintings and will more than grab the attention of children in so many ways.

If your child loves pets, get a copy of this book -- he or she will love you for it.

Witt's End - Fulfilling the American Dream by a Black Physician - Edwin T. Witt, MD. (361 pages, $5.99 E&C Publishing, California) is the story of a Black man who survived the financial paralysis of the Great Depression of 1929 and became a physician. He also discusses the serious danger of early sex experience and how it devastated his life.

His story will inspire many youngsters today about the power of struggle to attain good education and learn to overcome the odds.

Although Dr. Witt came from a family with problems, he did not allow these to distract his from his goals.  His autobiography is a historical piece that should be in every school in the nation.  If things are hard now for children, reading this book will change a lot of minds.

It is mostly entertaining to read about life in the 1930s, it is like reading a fascinating history book. (Self Help Book)

The End Predictions by Yisrayl Hawkins (352 pages, $19.95 Books-A-Hoy Publishers, TX) reveals the story of the end of time and the warning signs to come.

The authors states that the evil of man in pursuit of war and violence will create a platform for the disasters to come as the world prepares to end.

Like always, Hawkins gives documentation from many books including the Bible about the future of our planet earth.  He indicates that there is a way out of future disaster by seeking peace between nations. (Self Help Book)

The Peaceful Solution, vol. 1, by Yisrayl Hawkins (624 pages, $29.95, Books-A-Hoy Publishers, TX.) outlines the laws of God regarding the search for peace on earth.

Hawkins explains that these laws were written years ago and adhered to by children of Israel.  When they deviated and abandoned God's peace plan, disaster besieged humanity.

According to the author with today's development in Kosovo, the book reveals the true ways to peace.

Sometimes as people, we forget and underestimate man's predisposition to violence.  This book may help us. (Self Help Book)

Blackman's Stolen Birthright   by Alfred Ali -- The book describes why the Black Muslim Organization was created. It expatiates on how some Blacks abandoned Christianity due to some ministers preaching God on the pulpit of hatred and prejudice.
