Mahdi: A Man of Reason on a Mission
AHMAD MAHDI, Founder, President and CEO of Dynamic Communications, is truly

Mahdi has studied at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, the
military's second largest educational institution, and at several universities, receiving
a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and an Associate of Arts degree in Corrections
from Florida A & M University.
Mahdi is a Behavioral Pharmacologist (drug treatment specialist) and has worked
for the oldest African-American run drug treatment center in the state of Missouri,
Narcotics Service Council (NASCO), and served as a Captain in the United States Army.
He has taught communications, electronics, biology and physical education;
served as vice-president for a construction support service firm; provided academic and
vocational counseling; and commanded several active/reserve military units.
In addition, he coordinates workshops for educators. These workshops
include in-service training that assists educators in youth outreach activities, as well
as community training. Training emphasis is placed on class management, mediation
and Black male culture and its implication for learning styles within a multi-cultural
society. Successfully uniting adult and youth leadership forums has been one of Mahdi's
strengths.
Mahdi applies pragmatic principles to help modify those crippling and
undesirable qualities that hinder individuals from identifying and accomplishing their
goals. He possesses the necessary competencies to influence youth and adults toward
positive action.
He is author of Black Male/Female Relationships, Empowering Self and Others and
producer of a new learning system, Vocab-u-listen, Levels 1 and 2. Mahdi also
packaged and produced "Maleness to Manhood" workshops for the St. Louis County
and City Public School System.
PUBLIC APPEARANCES:This vivacious orator has seized the day on the campuses of
Howard University, Ball State University, St. Louis University, the University of
Missouri, Florida A & M University, Florida State University, Albany State College,
Christopher Newport University, and Northeast Missouri State University, to name a
few. A renowned keynote speaker on many university campuses nationwide, Mahdi
captivates audiences in churches, penal institutions and juvenile detention centers.
Ahmad Mahdi has presented workshops at Blacks In Government's (BIG) 16th and
17th Annual National Training Conference in addition to several other Federal Government
agencies. He had appeared on ABC and CBS network television and on local stations:
St. Louis Channel 11, St. Louis Cable Channel 15, Richmond, Virginia's Channel 35 and
Tallahassee, Florida' Channel 6. He has also been heard on radio stations: KIRL,
KATZ, KWMU, KMJM, WGNU, WANM, WVST, WPLZ AND WESL.
Mahdi has lectured at nearly 40 military bases nationally and internationally.
Each lecture is marked by enthusiasm and wit. He projects the essence
of military leadership, with exceptional skills in relating to military personnel.
