President:  Ishola M. Fale, President and CEO had over 28 years experience in the financial industry, Ishola spent 6 years with Bank of America as a Senior Manager Domestic Banking Operations Both in Nigeria and in California.  He worked 3 years as a Financial Controller for Occidental Petroleum of Nigeria.  He spent 19 years with First Bank of Nigeria PLC, where he recently retired as a Deputy General Manager.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California, State University, Los Angeles   and MBA from Christian College, Ohio.

Daniel Adeleye: Vice-President Research and Operations has over 13 year of progressive accounting, financial and research/operations experience.  Daniel had spent the last three years with Wells Fargo Bank, one of the leading commercial banking in the U.S. working in the areas of Auditing (financial and Operations), Investment management research and operations and Special project dealing with development and management of master project roll out schedules including implementation.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, he was a financial consultant for Moore Consulting Group specializes in the Mortgage lending, Commercial banking and Cash management industries.    He earned Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from Arkansas State University and MBA candidate at UCSF in International Business.

Segun Owootomo: Vice-President Finance and Administration has over 15 years of finance and Administration experience in public accounting, Oil and energy and Banking industries.  Segun, specializes in financial planning; forecasting; budgeting; reporting; corporate financing and Cash flow analysis.  He obtained HND-London in Accounting and Economics.

Hakeem O. Fale: Assistant Vice-President/Controller has over four years experience with Big 5 handling Taxation, Financial Statement, General Ledger Consolidation and various Financial Analysis and reporting.  He earned Associate Degree Accounting at Community College St. Louis, Undergraduate degree in Accounting at St. Louis University and year 2000 CPA candidate.

Y. A. Fale: Vice-President Engineering has over 15 years of Electrical system application, Software application, Communications and Information analyst.  He earned Diploma in Electrical Engineering at College of Technology Lagos, Nigeria.

R. A. Fale: Senior Manager Air-conditioning and Coldroom has over 25 years work experience.  He retired from Ibru Fish Nigeria Ltd, the largest fishing industry in Nigeria as a Senior Manager Air-conditioning and Coldroom.  He received his Advanced Certificates from various courses attended both in Nigeria and overseas.
