Kona Hawaii Vacation Rental

Our townhome is located 2 1/2 miles south of Kailua-Kona on the leeward side of the Big Island. We have just completed repainting and completely refurnishing and decorating our home. Each time we visit Kona we improve our vacation home.
We are especially interested in renting our home to people who appreciate quality and comfort and who will take good care of the condo. Our home has approximately 2300 sq. ft. on two floors plus 450 sq. ft. of lanai space. Sliding glass doors open onto the ocean front lanais that overlook the beautiful white sand beach, the black rocks, the surf and the gorgeous sunsets. Hale Kai O'Kona is very private with only oceanfront units in the complex. Swimming and snorkeling beaches are nearby.
Our home has air-conditioning for your comfort. The TV (with cable), VCR and stereo (with tape and CD players) are all new. The dining area is separate and the kitchen has been upgraded with corian countertops, koa wood cabinets, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven and electric stove with an instant heat infrared burner. Utility room with large capacity washer and dryer adjoins the kitchen.
One bedroom is on the first floor with a private bath. It has a queen bed, a desk and a door to the outside. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a king bed, comfortable wicker chairs, a second phone and a ceiling fan. Chaises on the lanai allow you to lounge inside or out. This spacious room also has two closets, one of which is a large walk-in. You will also find another vanity with sink outside the master bath.
The third bedroom is also large as the wall between two small bedrooms was removed. Twin beds are provided at one end of the room and a futon sofa at the other end to provide a sitting area. The sofa converts to a double bed; Japanese screens provide privacy between the two sleeping areas should you wish to sleep more than two people in the room.
